An engineer named Edwin Beard Budding invented the lawn mower in 1830, he was inspired by a macine used to trim the Tufts off a wooden cloth. The early model of the lawn mower was mainly used on public outdoor spaces i.e. sports grounds and cemeteries. In this machine there was a series of cylinders with blades on it that spun against a fixed blade to cut the grass evenly.
Over the years people have changed and put their own twist on Buddin's invention, however the purpose stayed the same: having a healthy and appealing garden.
Regular lawn Maintenance has more than just aesthetic purposes, it:
We offer regular lawn mowing catered to benefit the health of your garden whilst keeping it's aesthetic appearance. The frequency at which a person should tend to their garden is dependant on many things, such as, the size of their garden, the time of the year, the ideal length of their garden and what sort of plants make up their garden.
We understand that no size fits all when it comes to lawn maintenance which is why we offer free consultations to properly assess your garden and it's needs.
